At Kalloc Studios, we are committed to providing more than just visualization solutions for the construction industry. Our focus is on collaboration and engineering using Building Information Modeling (BIM), which led us to develop Fuzor, the next-generation VDC software. Fuzor is specifically tailored to meet the demands of the AEC industry, with cutting-edge solutions to support projects at every stage of the lifecycle process, including design, BIM modeling, coordination, preconstruction, and construction.
Fuzor's inception was born out of our award-winning multi-threaded engine technology that allowed us to think outside the box and create innovative solutions for real-world problems. Our aim is to unify the building process from start to finish and beyond, and with advancements in technology, the possibilities are limitless.
Our CEO, Henry Yu, founded Kalloc Studios in California in 2006 to create an environment where people could come together and develop exciting cutting-edge technologies. In 2012, our "Kalloc Engine" was awarded a Gold Medal at Geneva Inventions for its Live Link System, which Henry then applied to streamline workflows and improve work output in the AEC industry. The Kalloc Engine's Live Link System was later expanded to work with AEC authoring software and became known as Fuzor in 2013. Henry's innovative work in bi-directional live-link technology resulted in him being recognized as the inventor on two US patents (Patent numbers 9,600,940 and 9,898,873). Today, Fuzor is a well-recognized VDC solution across the globe.
